My husband and I are seniors, and we love going to Nye Sands Lookout to relax and feel like we are at home. Shirley has created the perfect cozy place with everything you need to sit and enjoy the ocean. I wouldn't dream of going any place else!

We had a relaxing stay in this comfortable, cozy condominium with stunning views. The kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities you need. There are charming shops all within walking distance as well as beach access. The collection of rocks just south collect a number of tide pool creatures: starfish, anemones and others, a fun thing to see when the tide is out. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Nye Sands Lookout

My best friend and I just got back from staying for almost a week at Shirley’s condo. This is the best rental we have found with great furnishings, an amazing Kitchen that has everything you need and then some and a great balcony overlooking the beach. You don’t even have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. Another great thing about this place is that everything is within walking distance. They have a great brew pub, wonderful coffee shops and an awesome Irish pub that you will never forget. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back. You will not be disappointed!!!

You are so kind.   I think it's a pretty special place too and it's nice to know others find that true also.

My Happy Place

I have stayed in other places in Nye Beach, but none as wonderful, clean and perfect as Nye Sands Outlook!!! I can't wait to go back time after time. It is the most perfect place for our vacations. We just got home and are booking out next stay.

Diamond in the Sand

My husband and I have been coming to the Nye Beach area for years. We have stayed at local hotels, but this time we were lucky enough to find this exceptional condo. From the moment we walked in the door we knew we had found a home away from home. The location, the view and access to the beach, the cleanliness, the amenities, the attention to detail was remarkable. Shirley's little touches made us feel truly welcomed. We couldn't celebrate our milestone birthdays 2 years ago, and we just had our 20th anniversary. After reading several reviews, we decided we felt safe enough to hide away at Nye. We hope to make this rental an ongoing part of our getaway routine. Thank you Shirley; you're a wonderful host.

Our favorite place in Newport

This condo has it all. Shirley is a wonderful host! The condo is in a fantastic location with a stunning view of the ocean and is very comfy. Love that it has 2 bathrooms. We just returned from an extended weekend. We got in a day of beach walking and shopping in Nye Beach. Then were treated to a storm that whipped up the ocean. Very exciting. Great Place to Relax

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was lovely being able to just sit and watch/listen to the ocean. The furnishings and kitchen equipment are much better than most rentals. The unit is also very clean. We will stay there again. L
